Orders can take up to four weeks to process. Most orders are processed and shipped within the week they are ordered, however there are often exceptions (such as backordered shirt designs). Shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 days, although I have noticed delays up to two weeks on untracked parcels. I try to ship through USPS as often as possible, but sometimes utilize UPS.
Smaller orders are typically shipping in a manila/yellow 6″x9″ envelope containing some form of padding or insert to maintain structural integrity of the envelope. Untracked/stamp shipping orders are often sent in a colored or folded envelope with handwritten addresses. Shipping charges can be estimated at checkout. Items larger than a 6″x9″ envelope may be shipped in a USPS Priority Mail mailer or sandwiched between solid cardboard pieces. Apparel is typically shipping within a Priority Mail mailer or a properly sized box. I like to “reduce, reuse, recycle” as often as possible when it comes to packaging, so your specific box may be a resized/customized package.
Push to Start is not responsible for lost packages or a failed delivery – please make sure that your shipping address is accurate. This also applies to orders shipped with stamps – if you select the untracked/stamps option, your order is not protected by tracking protection and has the potential to be lost by USPS. That is a risk that you are selecting, and Push to Start is not responsible for stamped orders being lost in the mail. Please select tracking if you are concerned about your package potentially being undelivered. Alternatively, Orders that are returned to me due to a shipping address error are subject to additional charges or a 35% restocking fee if the order must be cancelled. Please read the “returns & cancellations” post regarding returns and cancellations.
As of December 2024, due to the current political environment and fluctuating shipping laws, I am only accepting orders internationally to certain countries, such as Canada and Denmark. International Orders may incur additional fees due to our poopoo president and the silly import/export regulations that he is enforcing. If you are located outside of the United States, please send me an email inquiring about what you are interested in and I can work with you on a shipping estimate. Unfortunately, shipping to Europe or Asia is often not cost effective, and usually costs two to six times the cost of the sticker you’re trying to buy!
In the case that my website overestimates shipping costs to your destination, and you still pay it, I will refund the overcharge. This mostly only applies to international orders.
Again, Push to Start is not responsible for any lost packages or failed deliveries. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you make your purchase. If the post damages your package, please take pictures before opening it, as well as after, so we can make a claim.
