Back in 2022, someone modded Leon Kenney in the original Resident Evil 4 to have a crop top, high-waisted thong, and a tramp stamp. It became popular enough that in 2023 when Resident Evil 4 Remake dropped, another mod was made. This decal is a recreation of the Remake mod.
