S H I P P I N G

Orders can take up to 4 weeks to process. Most orders are processed and shipped within a week of ordering, and shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 days. International orders are typically processed and shipped within a week of ordering, however international shipping depends greatly on the country being shipped to and can take anywhere from 4 days to three weeks to receive. All international orders automatically include tracking information through USPS.

All spare parts are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (or equivalent) which includes tracking. All parts are individually wrapped to protect them from damages, and also to protect any stickers or decals you might also order.

Most orders ship in 6″x9″ flat envelopes (sometimes with a cardboard insert) or a 6″x9″ padded envelope. Larger decals may be shipped in modified USPS Flat Rate Envelopes or shipped in 9″x6″x2″ boxes. Banners and taller decals utilize 3″ diameter shipping tubes as needed. Occasionally, I will sandwich odd-sized decals between pieces of cardboard (especially when shipping overseas). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items you are purchasing.

Orders within the United States that fit in the smaller 6″x9″ envelopes qualify for “flat rate” $1.99 shipping. I will try my best to always have this cheap shipping option available, however it does not include tracking. This means that your order is not insured and Push to Start is not responsible for lost packages or failed delivery.

R E T U R N S & C A N C E L L A T I O N S

Due to the made-to-order nature of each decal and button, I do not accept returns on decals or stickers. Should something happen to your order before you receive it (such as the mail carrier mangles it), contact me as soon as you can and I will do my best to replace it. I do require photographic proof of a destroyed decal before a replacement is shipped out.

Some exceptions can be made, but generally I do not accept returns of physical items such as button pins or key tags either.

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you must email me with your order number before manufacturing has begun. Due to the made-to-order nature of decals, if your order has already been cut then I reserve the right to refuse a cancellation. If your order only contains ready-made and/or in-stock items such as key tags and certain stickers, then your order can be cancelled excepting it has not been packed yet. Any order that has been packed and/or shipped cannot be cancelled as the order is no longer in my hands.

Push To Start will not take responsibility for any decals ruined upon application. If the backing paper is removed from the decal, Push To Start reserves the right to refuse a refund. This includes a partial-removal, such as in the case of a large decal or banner install. Please ask beforehand if you are worried you might do something incorrectly.

Spare Parts are only eligible for a return and refund if they have not been opened, unwrapped, or installed, assuming the parts were received without shipping issues (package was not destroyed before delivery by postal worker). Buyer must pay for return shipping, no exceptions. Returns and refunds must also include all additional inclusions (i.e. if I send you a hot wheels, you send me back the same hot wheels, as it was when I sent it to you, same applies to freebie stickers).
